Instructional Coaching

I provide coaching and guidance to educators in K-12 or higher education setting assisting them in reaching their highest potential and acquiring successful student success.

Learning & Development

I perform an assessment of your company’s existing employee talents to identify skills shortage, areas that need improvement, and solutions that are in line with your current or future business objectives. I strategize a solution and all L&D components necessary to meet the company’s training needs. I interview, hire and train L&D providers (internal and external). I manage the processes of L&D strategies implementation, assessment, and revision¬† until the employee talent gap has been successfully closed.
